Return Policy

​​You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The date of the postmark or delivery of the collection invitation will be considered the date of receipt.

Please ensure that your items are returned in a new and unused condition, and in their original packaging, so that we can process your refund.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

1 - Please indicate the number of items being returned and the corresponding reason for return on the delivery slip.

 

2 - Place the delivery slip to the parcel and complete the address field.

 

3 - Arrange for postage with your preferred carrier and deliver the parcel.

 

Please be advised that a refund will be issued once the return has been processed by our warehouse.

 

Please note that The Lace Studio will only provide a free return label in the following circumstances: if the item received does not correspond with the order placed or if the item is damaged or defective.
